G-90 Building Systems is a 100% regionally owned company that is the outcome of a merger of Antech Homes and the G-90 cold formed structural steel manufacturing operations of Henderson’s Limited.
We are located at 1001 Airport Road in the Coolidge Industrial Estate, Antigua, West Indies. Antech started building Caribbean style affordable homes in 1994 and Hendersons Limited started manufacturing its cold formed steel products in 1968. This merger allowed the joining of Antech’s construction experience with Henderson’s modern manufacturing equipment and production systems.
G-90 Building Systems is a truly unique company with an integrated factory direct approach which allows us to keep costs down and quality up in all of our building options. Using time-honored West Indian Architecture and a combination of the world’s strongest building materials, steel, concrete and wood trims, we have designed SugarMill Caribbean Style Homes which is a standardized yet personalizable, functional and sensibly priced range of homes. SugarMill Caribbean Style Homes are not only prepared for our regions hurricane and seismic conditions, but they also embody the everyday Caribbean lifestyle.
SugarMill Caribbean Style Homes revolve around a pre-engineered, factory panelized steel frame core structure that is constructed to suit almost any client’s budget and or taste.
